veteran Catamount DB with long-track pedigree, but little current stat trail
J.D. Polk is listed as a defensive back for Western Carolina, but the available public trail is mostly historical, showing his path to the program as a 2011 incoming freshman and later roster appearances rather than fresh 2026 production. That means the big takeaway is experience and positional familiarity, not headline-grabbing numbers: he’s a name with Catamount roots, but there isn’t enough current, verified stat data here to judge recent impact, rankings, or injury status confidently. If you need a reliable fit check, think depth, continuity, and program knowledge more than proven recent ball-production.
