Chaz Lowery brings ECU’s classic blue-collar trench upside
Chaz Lowery is a former East Carolina offensive lineman known for work ethic, steady development, and real positional flexibility—he was described by ECU as a backup right tackle with the ability to play the left side and even serve as an overload blocking tight end. His differentiator isn’t flashy stats; it’s reliability, fundamentals, and coach-trust traits that usually matter a lot in the run game and depth chart battles. He also had a strong off-field profile at ECU, including academic and community recognition, which fits a program-friendly, team-first fit.
