proven red-zone playmaker with touchdown upside
Kelly’s best calling card is scoring production: in a 2016 weekly honor game, he caught 8 passes for 100 yards and 3 touchdowns for Virginia Union, showing he can win quickly and finish drives when targeted. Reliable source coverage also places him in HBCU all-award discussions, which points to recognition beyond raw stats. The profile here suggests a receiver who brings burst, big-play value, and a knack for high-leverage moments—useful if you need a WR who can separate and punish defenses in the red zone.
