veteran WMU guard who brings steadiness, toughness, and experience
Jillian Fletcher is a seasoned Western Michigan guard whose value has been built on experience, defensive activity, and reliability rather than empty flash. In the 2019-20 season, she played in 44 games since arriving as a transfer from West Virginia State, and WMU’s season recap notes she even recorded her first steal of that season late in the year—small detail, big clue: she was trusted in the rotation and in the fight. If you want a poised, team-first guard who understands the grind, Fletcher fits the mold; if you need a volume scorer, she was more of a glue piece than a headline hunter.
