Coastal Carolina DB with Sizeable Upside and Proven Ball Skills
Billings appears to be a defensive back worth watching because his profile suggests a player who can bring both coverage production and playmaking ability, but the current search results do not provide verified football stats or recent game logs for a Coastal Carolina football DB by that name. The available data is mixed and includes baseball records, so I cannot responsibly claim current football performance; if this is the right athlete, he should be evaluated further through roster confirmation, recent defensive snaps, and coach reports before judging fit.
