Faith Steffany is a proven spark plug for CSUB’s outfield
In the 2025 season, Faith Steffany emerged as one of Cal State Bakersfield’s most reliable bats, starting 32 of 39 games, hitting .270 with 24 hits and 8 RBI, and elevating to .339 in conference play. She profiles as a speed-and-contact outfielder with lineup stability, some baserunning value, and enough clutch production to matter in tight games. For a team, she fits best as a high-energy everyday contributor who can help set the tone, especially if you want consistency, competitive intensity, and a player whose value goes beyond raw power numbers.
