McNeese’s Elijah Garrick brings local size and upside at wideout
In the 2026 season, Elijah Garrick profiles as a sophomore wide receiver for McNeese at 6-2, 197 pounds, with active-status roster listings from McNeese and ESPN showing he’s in the mix for the Cowboys now.[1][2] What makes him intriguing is the frame and hometown fit — a Lake Charles product with receiver size who could grow into a tougher matchup as his role expands, even though public stat and news feeds currently show limited game-output detail.[1][2][3] If your team wants a developing outside target with room to climb, Garrick is a name worth tracking.
