Ross Marchbanks brings a rugged, assignment-sound edge to SDSU’s linebacker room
Marchbanks profiles as a **physical, high-effort linebacker** who can add toughness and downhill reliability to San Diego State’s defense; available reporting on him is limited, so the clearest takeaway is that his value is more about fit, discipline, and intensity than flashy box-score production. If you want a linebacker who can absorb coaching, play with urgency, and help stabilize the run game, he looks like a sensible depth-and-development piece rather than a headline star.
