Elite Tulsa Kicker with 84.6% Career FG Accuracy and Lou Groza Star-of-the-Week Honors
Carl Salazar, the Tulsa Golden Hurricane place-kicker from Broken Arrow, OK, is a data-driven standout who converted 22-of-26 field goals (84.6%) and 109-of-111 PATs (98.2%) throughout his 2013–2014 career, earning Lou Groza 'Star of the Week' recognition in September 2013. His differentiators include exceptional consistency under pressure (13-of-15 FGs in key games), a 44-yard long FG, and a 98.3% XP%—traits that reflect intense focus, reliability, and a calm personality suited for high-stakes moments. Though he previously attended Air Force, his Tulsa tenure shows no injury history and peak performance intensity. Salazar is a top-fit for any team needing a clutch kicker with proven accuracy, mental toughness, and Groza-caliber pedigree.
