Baylor DB Eric Giddens: Depth-piece upside in a defense that values ball skills
Eric Giddens is a Baylor defensive back whose appeal is more about projection, versatility, and fit than headline-grabbing stats; Baylor’s defense has shown it can function at a high level in the Big 12, which makes the right DB depth especially valuable. Publicly available results do not show a clear, stat-rich profile for Giddens, so the best read is that he is a candidate to help through coverage flexibility, special teams value, and competitive toughness rather than immediate star power. If your team needs a reliable, adaptable secondary piece with room to grow, he is worth a closer look.
