Billy Henderson remains a name to watch in Delaware State’s backfield
Billy Henderson is listed as a Delaware State running back, but the available public stats are too thin to paint a true 2026 performance picture; for context, Delaware State’s 2025 ground game was driven by Marquis Gillis (1,166 rushing yards, 9 TDs) and James Jones (958 rushing yards, 11 TDs), so Henderson’s path is about cracking a productive rotation rather than chasing a vacant spotlight. If he brings burst, ball security, and special-teams value, he could fit as a depth add with upside; if you need a proven feature back right now, the evidence is not there yet.
