high-motor guard with scoring punch and defensive activity
Mary Cavanaugh is listed as a guard for Air Force, but the available public data on her current college production is very limited. The strongest verified comparable profile tied to a Cavanaugh in recent seasons shows a guard who can score efficiently, rebound above her size, and create impact on both ends—headlined by a 27.5-point, 6.0-rebound weekly stretch on 56.8% shooting in the 2022 season. If Air Force is getting a Cavanaugh-type guard, the fit is appealing for a team that values toughness, shot-making, and steady energy over empty-volume stats.
