Grambling forward Alajahwon Ridgeway: low-volume role player with room to grow
In the 2025-26 season, Alajahwon Ridgeway has been a limited-minutes forward for Grambling State, posting 0.6 points, 0.9 rebounds and 0.1 assists per game while shooting 28.6% from the field, which points to a developing rotational piece rather than a featured scorer[2]. His value is less about box-score production and more about size-depth insurance and potential upside in a program sitting 12-15 overall and 8th in the SWAC[1]. If you want a ready-made impact forward, he is not that yet; if you want a low-usage athlete who may grow into a tougher, more efficient frontcourt contributor, he is worth monitoring[2][5].
