Chase Brooks brings linebacker depth, academic reliability, and limited game action to Davidson
Brooks’ current profile is that of a depth linebacker rather than a proven stat-sheet star: Davidson’s 2015 roster lists him as a linebacker who earned PFL Academic Honor Roll recognition and saw action in one game that season. That combination suggests a player valued for preparation, reliability, and classroom discipline more than flashy production. If you’re looking for a high-floor, team-first addition who can absorb coaching and contribute in a reserve role, he fits that mold; if you need an immediate impact defender, the current public record does not show that yet.
