South Carolina’s depth-piece tight end, but a thin public stat trail
McGrath profiles as a depth tight end for South Carolina rather than a featured production player, and the public record on his on-field impact is limited. The reliable takeaway is that he has been valued more for roster depth and versatility than gaudy stat output, which makes him a fit for teams needing a steady, low-drama TE who can learn multiple roles. There isn’t enough current, verifiable stat-leader data available here to call him a breakout threat, but the upside case is the same one coaches love: reliable, experienced, and ready when called.
