veteran Wildcat linebacker with a steady, high-effort profile
Landry Hutchins has the look of a reliable, experienced Abilene Christian linebacker rather than a flashy stat-chaser: his ACU roster history shows he played in 11 games in 2018 with nine tackles, after appearing in nine games in 2017 with five tackles and a redshirt year in 2016. That kind of long runway suggests durability, football IQ, and buy-in. He’s the type of player coaches usually trust for assignment soundness and toughness — useful if you want a dependable, team-first linebacker who won’t miss the dirty work.
