Trinity Garrett brings defense-first energy and smart floor leadership for South Alabama
Trinity Garrett is a senior guard for South Alabama whose value shows up in pace, pressure, and defensive instincts more than pure scoring flash. In the 2021-22 season, she logged limited minutes but showed a steady, mistake-light profile, and her high school résumé points to a disruptive playmaker with elite assist and steal production, including school records for assists and steals. That combination makes her an appealing fit for a team needing toughness, ball security, and backcourt IQ rather than a volume scorer.
