Bobby Collins brings proven interior disruption, but available public data appears to describe a former NFL tight end—not a current South Carolina State DL.
The available search results do not verify a current South Carolina State defensive lineman named Bobby Collins; instead, they mostly identify a former NFL tight end who played through 2001, so I can’t responsibly assess present-day form, rankings, or fit for the Bulldogs from these sources. If you meant a different Bobby Collins, I’d want roster or game-log data before calling out strengths or differentiators; as-is, the evidence is too mismatched to make a reliable football scouting read.
