Jake Renda is a big-bodied UCLA tight end with intriguing receiving upside
Renda is a 6-foot-5, 245-pound TE with enough catch-and-run ability to project as a useful mismatch piece, but his college production is still very limited: just 2 catches for 14 yards in his career and no recorded UCLA game stats yet. He brings size, special-teams background, and a transfer profile that suggests depth-value more than immediate star power; Pitt listed him out in 2024 with a preseason injury, which adds a little durability context. If you need a developmental tight end who can grow into a role, he is worth watching.
