Elijah Shittu brings versatility and ball-hawking upside to San Jose State
Shittu’s current profile points to a defensive back with size/position flexibility and the kind of competitive edge coaches like for special teams and matchup coverage. The big caveat: the available public results do not show recent college production for San Jose State, so his fit is harder to judge by stats alone and depends more on practice value, technique, and adaptability. If he can translate athleticism into consistent coverage discipline and reliable tackling, he projects as a useful depth piece with upside rather than a finished product.
