Princeton DB Adam Hoffman: Solid Ivy Tackler Turned Performance Guru
Adam Hoffman, a 6'0", 200-lb safety for the Princeton Tigers, peaked in 2017 with 26 tackles including a career-high 12 in the Dartmouth finale, showcasing reliable coverage and run support in the Ivy League rotation. Now 30 (born 2/7/1996), he's transitioned to elite training via ahoffmanperformance.com, leveraging data-driven methods amid DIII studies showing career strength gains (31% bench, 36% squat). His precision and results-focused intensity make him a differentiator—ideal for teams seeking smart, versatile DBs or coaching talent, though speed gains are tougher post-college.
