the former Duke leg with a strong prep pedigree
Alex Feinberg arrived at Duke as a highly regarded kicker, ranked by Rivals among the nation’s top specialists and known in high school for a 52-yard field goal and steady multi-year production in both field goals and PATs[2][4]. Duke’s own preseason notes described him as a kicker/punter in competition for both jobs, and later team coverage said he showed marked improvement, which points to a specialist whose value is consistency and versatility rather than flash[2][11]. If you need a calm, battle-tested leg with real recruiting cachet and dual-role upside, Feinberg fits the bill[1][2].
