a proven, high-motor linebacker with real production at WVU
In the 2005 season, Kevin McLee was a first-team All-Big East linebacker and led West Virginia with 74 tackles, adding 6 tackles for loss, 2 sacks, and an interception; in the 2006 season, he was again a key starter and finished with 78 tackles, second on the team. He stood out for physicality, closing speed, and a hard-hitting style that teammates and coaches rewarded with a “Hammer Award,” making him a strong fit for teams that value instinctive, tone-setting linebackers.
