Kansas State LB with Redshirt History and Untapped Potential
Nick Briney is a Kansas State linebacker whose career has been defined by redshirting (2010) and minimal game action (2011–2012), meaning he has no recent stats to evaluate but possesses a high ceiling if activated. His differentiator lies in his resilience through years of limited play and potential for intense, raw development rather than polished performance. With no injury history reported and a personality shaped by patience, he’s a high-risk, high-reward fit for teams seeking long-term growth over immediate impact. You should care because he represents untapped potential in a program known for building players from the ground up.
