Kaitlyn Severyn brings steady two-way guard play and winning experience to South Dakota
Kaitlyn Severyn stands out as a dependable, multi-skilled guard whose game has been defined by rebounding, passing, and defensive activity, not just scoring; in a noted South Dakota State season she averaged 11.3 points, 8.8 rebounds, 1.8 assists and 2.0 steals per game, and later USD game logs show she contributed across the box score in limited minutes, which points to a team-first, low-drama role player who can fit well in a system that values toughness, versatility, and smart possessions.[4][1][3]
