High-usage, versatile back with proven production and added value
Brandon White enters UMass as a versatile, production-backed option at running back, with the kind of all-around utility that can help a roster in multiple ways. UMass lists him as a former senior who rushed for more than 1,700 yards and 25 touchdowns before later moving to defensive end, which points to physicality, toughness, and positional flexibility. ESPN’s current UMass profile shows limited recent RB usage, so the key question is how quickly he can translate that athletic profile into consistent impact at the college level. He looks like a fit for teams valuing effort, adaptability, and depth.
