Brandon Hunt is a physical, downhill linebacker with upside in Wofford’s defense
Brandon Hunt profiles as an **active, contact-first linebacker** whose value comes from toughness, run support, and special-teams mentality more than flashy box-score production. The clearest differentiator is his willingness to play downhill and finish tackles, which fits a defense that wants reliable, assignment-sound players who can bring energy and stay disciplined. I could not verify recent game-by-game college stat leaders in the provided sources, so the best read is that he looks like a fit for teams needing a hard-nosed, dependable LB rather than a pure coverage specialist.
