Keefer Johnson brings veteran Yale linebacker value and a leadership-first profile
Keefer Johnson is a Yale linebacker with a well-established college pedigree: Yale listed him at 6-foot-2 and 220 pounds as a junior, and ESPN’s player page shows his career includes at least one interception on record. For a roster fit, the appeal is less about flashy volume and more about trusted, physical depth, football IQ, and experience in a disciplined Ivy League defense. The biggest differentiator is that he profiles as a steady, mature piece who can handle contact, understand assignments, and raise the floor of a linebacker room.
