UTRGV Guard Nick Traylor brings efficient shooting and steady secondary creation
Nick Traylor is a 6-2 guard for UTRGV who, in the 2025-26 season, averaged 4.3 points, 2.0 rebounds, and 1.7 assists in 17.3 minutes per game while hitting 44.6% from three and 41.8% overall, making him a compact, low-usage guard who can space the floor and keep possessions moving.[1][3][5] He looks like a fit for a program that values efficient perimeter shooting, guard depth, and reliable effort minutes rather than high-usage shot creation.[1][5]
