Defensive End with Multi-Year Development Arc at Southern Utah
Tyler Trotter is a defensive end who has been developing through Southern Utah's program since 2018. The redshirt freshman appeared in limited action during the 2019 season with one recorded tackle. Trotter brings a Scholar-Leader-Athlete pedigree from his high school days and has logged multiple seasons of film study and strength development. While statistical production remains modest, his longevity in the program and commitment to the defensive line room suggest a player focused on earning meaningful snaps through consistent development rather than immediate impact.
