From Tackling Bulldog LB to Merrimack RB Coach
Richard Ukele, a hard-hitting linebacker for Bryant Bulldogs, peaked in 2019 as a redshirt senior with 34 tackles, 2.0 sacks, 3.0 TFLs, and 1 INT across all 12 games, showcasing elite football IQ and leadership after 14 tackles in 2016. Now thriving as Running Backs Coach and Director of Football Operations at Merrimack College, he instills that same physical, smart style in his players—making him a rising coaching star with NFL scout potential for teams seeking intense, cerebral leaders who elevate units beyond stats.
