Dylan Kelly is Albany’s tone-setting tackling machine
In the 2023 season, Dylan Kelly was a disruptive, high-volume linebacker for Albany, finishing with 145 total tackles to set the program’s single-season record and ranking second in the FCS. He also added 3 sacks, 2 interceptions, 2 fumble recoveries and 1 forced fumble, with a season-best 23 tackles at Towson and nine double-digit tackle games. The big draw is his range, motor and instinctive downhill play — the kind of relentless defender who can stabilize a defense and give a coaching staff a true sideline-to-sideline tone-setter.
