Eddie Palumbo brings verified size, tackling range, and Ivy-ready discipline to Yale’s linebacker room
Palumbo is a 6-foot-3, 230-pound linebacker who has already shown he can contribute in Yale’s rotation, appearing in seven games in 2025 and recording an assisted tackle against Holy Cross. Yale’s roster bio and his Stepinac background point to a player with real production pedigree: he was New York’s No. 1 linebacker in his class, posted 203 tackles, four interceptions, and eight sacks across two varsity seasons, and was known for playing through a dislocated finger in high school. The fit is strong for a program that values length, intelligence, and toughness.
