Luca Vartic brings size, track speed, and a proven DB pedigree to UNLV
Luca Vartic’s calling card is athletic versatility: the 6-foot-1, 200-pound defensive back was a three-time first-team all-region pick in Hawaii, earned first-team all-state honors as a junior, and also qualified for state in track four times in the 100 and 200 meters. He’s the kind of DB whose length, burst, and physical mindset can translate into real matchup value, especially if your team wants a safety/corner hybrid with playmaking upside. His background suggests a competitive, multi-sport athlete with legit juice and special-teams value.
