Miranda Ayim brings elite rim protection, rebounding, and veteran poise
Miranda Ayim is a high-impact frontcourt defender with proven production at Pepperdine, where she was a three-time All-WCC first-team selection and set the school career record for blocked shots with 182 while also finishing eighth in career scoring. In her Pepperdine years, she paired reliable scoring and rebounding with genuine paint deterrence, making her valuable as a two-way F/C rather than just a stat-sheet player. Her biggest differentiator is experience: a long Canada Basketball résumé, including three Olympic Games, signals a mature, composed leader who fits teams needing toughness, defense, and dependable veteran presence.
