CCSU Blue Devils DL with Untapped Potential in NEC Trenches
Sam Pirsig, a defensive lineman for the Central Connecticut State Blue Devils, brings raw athleticism and relentless motor to the NEC front, excelling in run defense with quick first steps that disrupt plays early—ideal for teams seeking high-upside developmental talent. Standing out at the FCS level for his gap discipline and pass-rush flashes, he's injury-free with a blue-collar intensity that fits perfectly in rotation roles, making him a smart mid-round draft prospect or priority transfer for Power 5 programs building depth.
