Collins entered Boston College as one of Massachusetts’ top recruits and, in the 2025 season, played in nine games as a reserve linebacker with 15 tackles, a quarterback hit, and a tackle for loss, showing steady growth rather than flash-in-the-pan production.[6][3] At 6-foot-3, 238 pounds, his best traits are his frame, downhill tackling, and all-around athletic background from high school, where he also impacted offense and was a finalist for Defensive Player of the Year.[6][14] He looks like a good fit for a team that values developmental upside, special-teams value, and physical, versatile linebackers.[2][6]
