Mackenzie Nolan brings fresh-legged upside to Montana State’s punter room
Mackenzie Nolan is a freshman punter at Montana State in 2026, listed at 6-0 and 183 pounds, with no public college game stats yet on the roster page[1]. The intrigue is projection: a local Columbia Falls, Montana product who appears to be developing into a specialized field-position weapon, and punters who can flip the field with hang time and consistency tend to earn trust fast. With no injury or stat history available publicly, he’s a watchlist guy for now—but if the leg is live and the operation is clean, he fits the Bobcats’ need for hidden-yardage value[1].
