Pilots big man turned program builder
Kramer Knutson is best known at Portland as a four-year starting center who logged 118 career starts, won 69 games, and earned three West Coast Conference All-Academic honors from 2008-11, then returned to the Pilots as a coach after a four-year overseas pro career. His value is more “steady winner” than flashy stat-sheet hunter: size, experience, leadership, and a deep feel for the program. If you need a culture fit with toughness, basketball IQ, and credibility in the room, he’s the kind of frontcourt presence that travels well.
