Lehigh's Tackling Academic All-Star Linebacker
Tanner Rivas, Lehigh Mountain Hawks' senior LB from Central Davidson HS, earned 2nd team All-Patriot League honors in 2010 as a junior with 71 tackles (4th on team) and 9.5 TFLs (2nd on team) across 13 starts, showcasing relentless pursuit and run-stopping prowess. A returning starter with Academic All-Patriot League distinction, his football IQ, durability (18 tackles, sack, FR in 8 games one season), and finance major grit make him a coach's dream—blue-collar intensity perfect for teams seeking versatile, high-character depth at linebacker.
