Panneton gives Tarleton State a proven Friday-night arm with national preseason buzz
Brian Panneton entered 2026 as one of Tarleton State’s most trusted starters, with D1Baseball ranking him No. 122 nationally and No. 36 among mid-major starters after a 2025 season in which he posted a 3.69 ERA, a team-high 65 strikeouts, and a 6–3 record in 14 starts. He’s a durable, strike-throwing righty who can work deep into games and has shown the kind of poise that strings together long, scoreless stretches; if your team wants a reliable, veteran starter with legit mid-major upside, he fits the bill.
