Ebonee Coates brings interior size and steady rebounding for Washington State
Ebonee Coates profiles as a true post presence for Washington State: at 6-foot-4, she paired solid board work with efficient finishing in her Cougar years, including 5.1 rebounds per game and a Pac-10 top-20 rebound rank in 2008-09. Her value is less about high-volume scoring and more about physicality, size, and reliable paint work—useful if your team needs a center who can battle inside, clean the glass, and anchor the front line rather than carry the offense. Her shot volume and scoring were modest, so she fits best as a role big with clear defensive and rebounding utility.
