Aubrey Burgess brings steady guard poise and proven shooting touch to Southern Indiana
Aubrey Burgess is a 5-foot-7 guard for Southern Indiana who arrived with a strong high-school résumé: 1,392 career points, 314 assists, 274 rebounds and 187 steals, plus 126 career threes at 37% and a 74% free-throw mark in her Linton-Stockton days. In her 2021-22 freshman season, she played in five games and averaged 4.6 minutes and 1.4 points per game, suggesting a developmental guard who can manage the ball, space the floor and defend with active hands. She looks like a smart fit for a team that values toughness, steady decision-making and efficient perimeter play.
