Liberty’s young kicker with room to grow
Steve Milne is listed as a freshman kicker for Liberty, which makes him more of a developmental piece than a proven commodity right now.[3] The main reason to care is upside: specialists can swing field position and close games, but there isn’t enough public game production in the available sources to judge his current accuracy, leg strength, or clutch reliability. If your team wants a long-term kicking prospect rather than an immediate, fully vetted starter, Milne is the kind of player to track closely.
