Popovich enters the 2026 season as a proven, physical DL who flashed real impact in 2025, when Morehead State listed him among its statistical leaders with 23 tackles, 7.5 tackles for loss, and 4.0 sacks, and the program also named him to Phil Steele’s preseason All-PFL list.
