Jalen Ward brings versatile, playmaking value to Grambling State
Jalen Ward is best viewed as a versatile offensive piece with proven college production and return-game value, not just a straight-ahead RB label. The available stats show he logged 13 catches for 172 yards and a touchdown in 2024 at FAMU, plus 75 kickoff-return yards, suggesting burst and usefulness in space; earlier stops also show he has contributed across roles and can stay on the field in multiple packages.[1][3] The fit question is simple: if Grambling wants a functional, multi-use skill player who can help on offense and special teams, Ward is a smart add.
