Two-Way Lefty with Development Upside for ETSU
Tyler Fetterman is a 6'1", 195-pound left-handed pitcher and first baseman for East Tennessee State who profiles as a valuable two-way depth piece because of his left-handedness, size, and versatility. I could not verify reliable public stat lines or rankings for his current 2026 performance from the provided search results, so the safest read is that his appeal is more about role value than headline production right now. If you want a roster fit with flexibility, matchup potential, and developmental upside, he is the kind of player worth tracking closely.
