versatile Tulane defensive back with a compact, multi-sport edge
Richard Carthon stands out as a **versatile safety/defensive back** for Tulane, with a compact frame and an athletic background that suggests quickness, coordination, and competitiveness. Publicly available sources on his current football production are limited, but Tulane and athlete profile listings identify him as an active defender, while university coverage also highlights that he was a two-sport student-athlete with enough all-around ability to finish strong at Tulane and keep baseball in the conversation. That makes him interesting if you value adaptable, high-upside players who can bring toughness, range, and a strong competitive profile.
