Davidson’s Ian Johnson brings two-way edge and winning habits
Ian Johnson is the kind of forward coaches like because he gives Davidson a steady, low-drama blend of scoring, rebounding, and defensive activity, with recent college production showing he can contribute across the board rather than just hunt shots. His value is less about flash and more about versatility, consistency, and doing the little things that raise a team’s floor; that makes him a sensible fit if you want a reliable frontcourt piece who can plug into structure, defend with effort, and complement higher-usage scorers.
