FDU’s versatile frontcourt anchor with a scorer’s touch
In the 2005-06 season, Gordon Klaiber was a high-impact FDU forward who paired steady scoring with real two-way value, finishing his Knights career with 1,589 points, 698 rebounds, 149 threes, and 144 blocks—rare all-around production for a 6-9 wing/forward. He stood out for stretch scoring, rebounding toughness, and rim protection, including a 24-point NCAA Tournament game against Illinois in 2005 and a 16.0-point, 7.9-rebound championship season that helped FDU reach the NCAA Tournament. A three-time All-NEC honoree, he looks like the kind of player who raises your ceiling with versatility, competitiveness, and big-game poise.
